"Solo" is a small brand of olive oil that started to be produced on a small scale a short time ago; but it’s passion for the quality of a good product, for the ecology and for the good care during the production process could not be greater. Thus, we created a concept of "calm" that described how the olive is treated and how the oil is produced at "Solo".
